Applications

Display of production data:

Printer Others Driver Download for Windows 10. You have a production line with several sections each with their own PLC including legacy products no longer supported. You wish to monitor production data and display on a large screen or send to a reporting system. You simply install a FlexEdge DA50 onto your network, connect to each PLC and extract the data tags you wish to monitor. Using Crimson 3.2 you can create a reporting dashboard and display on a reporting screen using the DA50s built in webserver.

Monitoring of Remote Stations:

You have a remote location such as a pumping station or a windfarm. You wish to monitor data such as alarms, levels, temperatures etc. Simply connect a FlexEdge DA70 with I/O modules to collect the data. Using the cellular communication sled you can send the data over the mobile phone network. Dual SIM slots allow for two separate cellular networks to be used for redundancy.

Full control system and visualisation

You have a self contained skid package which carries out a processing function. Using the FlexEdge DA70 I/O modules you can connect the control signals of the skid package to the DA70. Use the fully functioning IEC 61131-3 programming languages to control the system. Create a visualisation interface using the Graphical User Interface feature on Crimson 3.2 and display on a Red Lion HMI for example. Send monitoring data via a WiFi or Cellular communication sled to an MQTT Cloud (Amazon/Azure/Sparkplug).
